After CPT is enabled, the next time the terminal settles a batch, an automatic download will occur to apply the changes. Manual steps are only required if the merchant hasn’t processed any transactions for some time and needs CPT enabled sooner, or if the automatic download fails to complete for any reason.
Market App Update Instructions
Navigate to the terminal’s Home screen.
Select Market.
The Market app should start updating automatically.
If it does not, select Install or Update next to the Market line.
If it only says Open, the app is already up to date.
Manual Download Steps
Ensure all open batches are settled before applying a download.
Open the Aura App.
Press ≡ (menu).
Enter the manager password:
1234.Select Utility.
Select Software Download.
Press Connect.
Select Network.
Choose Full.
On the TPN screen, select the green arrow (TPN Will Display).
Once the download begins, select Apply All Updates.
If the terminal indicates that there are no updates to apply, the terminal is set to auto-update on settlement, and no further action is needed.
