This release includes a range of updates to improve reliability, usability, and system flexibility. We’ve addressed several customer-reported issues and added new functionality to streamline your daily workflows. If you have questions about any of these updates, or need help enabling new features, our support team is happy to help!

✨ Enhancements

Broadlume Rebrand

RM Web/Mobile has been refreshed to align with Broadlume branding — updates include a new header title, modernized color palette with a dark header, light background, updated sidebar colors, refreshed copyright, and visual improvements across desktop and mobile.

Install Calendar

• Multi-Day Install Handling — Multi-day jobs now correctly handle acceptance, invoicing, and job details for each day’s work.

• Multi-Day Install Tracking (originally released May 5th) — Added new status flags ("A" for Accepted, "S" for Submitted) and audit logging for better tracking.
• Date Freeze — The date row now stays visible when scrolling the calendar, making it easier to track installs across the week.
• Filter Fix — Calendar filters now work properly so you can quickly find the installs you need.

Inventory / Barcode Scanner

• Ship Function Streamlining — When shipping items, the app now skips unnecessary steps; after scanning a barcode, the SHIP action runs automatically.

• Barcode Comment Requirement for Multi-Bin Items — When confirming inventory for multi-bin items, you’ll now be prompted for a comment, just like with non-multi-bin items.

User Experience Upgrades

• Faster response when logging in.

• Error messages now appear as clear notifications.
• Fixed layout issues in certain screens.

Audit Logs

System logging has been optimized to retain a longer history and reduce unnecessary storage usage, helping with troubleshooting. 

🐞 Bug Fixes

Sales

• Order Endpoint Phone Fields — Fixed how secondary phone numbers are saved so they now display correctly on orders.

Install Calendar

• Invoice Lines for Multiple Installs — Fixed an issue where only one install line was invoiced when multiple lines for the same accumulator were scheduled.

Inventory / Barcode Scanner

• Multi-bin Inventory Move Issue — Fixed an issue where location changes would not process for multi-bin items.

E-Docs

• E-Doc Upload Error — Resolved intermittent “Not Found” errors when uploading electronic documents in both the new BMS app and the legacy RM Mobile app.

• Also addressed an error preventing iPhone users from uploading images.
