This release includes a range of updates to improve reliability, usability, and system flexibility. We’ve addressed several customer-reported issues and added new functionality to streamline your daily workflows. ✨ Enhancements

Reporting & Utilities

• Inventory Pointer History (not retroactive) - You can now view and download a complete history of inventory pointer activity for improved traceability and audit support.

• Show Uncleared Records - The “Show Uncleared Only” filter in the bank reconciliation now allows you to focus on transactions that have not yet cleared the bank while still displaying total cleared amounts for reference.

• B2B Import Enhancements - Catalog import/export files now support "Skip B2B Import / Allow New", providing more control over data handling during synchronization.

• Multi-Bin Utility Access - The Edit Locations utility for Multi-Bin environments is now accessible to customers directly.

User Experience Upgrades

• Invoice Date Restrictions (originally released May 21st) - Users can no longer date invoices earlier than the order’s open deposit date(s), helping to ensure accounting accuracy. This validation can now be disabled via Company Control 5.

• Main Menu Cleanup - If your system does not use commission draws, related maintenance screens are now automatically hidden for a cleaner experience.

• Catalog Field Indicators - Required fields in Catalog Maintenance are now clearly marked with asterisks when adding new items, making data entry more intuitive.

• Manual Receipt Validation - When Multi-Bin is enabled, locations are now required on manual receipts for accumulator items, improving inventory accuracy.

• New Product Code Support - Support has been added for 16' and 16' 6" width carpet in B2B catalog processing.

• Printer Selection Improvements - When a graphical printer is needed, the system now prompts you to select an appropriate option. This enhancement applies to:

  • Lead Master Report

  • Written Business Report

  • Batch Work Orders

  • Project Detail Report

  • Build Order Print

  • Work Order

  • A/P Form 1099

  • Invoicing

🐞 Bug Fixes

General Ledger & Financials

• GL Update Out-of-Balance Messaging - A new message now appears if your GL postings are out of balance when using the graphical update tool.

• Legacy Menu Cleanup - The outdated GL budgeting option has been removed. Customers should now use the enhanced version G/L Budget Comparison Report (Pct. Sales).

Accounts Payable

• PO Review Warning - A soft reminder appears when leaving PO Review without approving any lines, helping avoid incomplete processing.

• PO Receipt Adjustment - The legacy PO receipt adjustment screen has been replaced with the updated graphical version for better usability.

• Void Check Validation - You can no longer enter a deletion date that precedes a voided check date, ensuring proper AP timing.

Quote & Order Entry

• Box Quantity Accuracy - Box Assign now supports three decimal places, improving precision for fractional measurements.

• Material Cost Display Fix - Resolved an issue where "Q" appeared without proper quote-level material cost overrides.

Purchase Orders, Work Orders, & Build Orders

• PO Line Deletion Control - PO lines that have already been received can no longer be deleted, preserving historical data integrity.

• Work Order Shipping Enforcement - Shipping permissions now correctly honor branch and user controls to prevent unauthorized fulfillment.

• Decimal Precision in Work Orders - Fixed quantity rounding in Work Orders to ensure full three-decimal precision is calculated and displayed.

• Bold PAD Messaging - Important PAD-related verbiage now appears in bold, improving visibility within Work Orders.

• Duplicate Build Order Fix - Addressed an issue that could trigger duplicate release events in multi-bin environments.
