 Update Details

New B2B Vendor | IFC:
We've partnered with International Flooring Co (IFC) to expand your product offerings!

Barcode allows “scanning out required” by product code

This new barcode feature was added to speed up product scan-outs and reduce errors by giving you more control over when scan-outs are required for your various product codes.

Here's how it works:

  • A new "Require Scanning" checkbox has been added to the Product Code Maintenance screen.
  • Checking this will require any items with that Product Code to be scanned out when shipping.

Work Order Upgrade: Automatic Pad Calculations!

We've made managing pad quantities on Work Orders easier by reducing the amount of math needed when picking pad quantities!

Now, for Pad items, the system automatically calculates the number of rolls and linear feet needed for your jobs and displays them directly in the notes of the Work Order.

Here's the rundown:

  • New Option: Product Code Maintenance (for 08/07/02 factors) now has a "Show # of rolls/pieces on work order" checkbox.
  • Automatic Calculation: Based on product dimensions and job size, the system figures out the right amount of pad, saving you time and preventing errors.
  • Clear Display: Calculated pad amounts appear as a note on the printed Work Order.

How to Use:

  1. Product Code Maintenance Check Box for “Show # of rolls/pieces on work order.”

  1. Go to Catalog Item for Pad, and ensure that Length & Width dimensions are populated

Multi-Branch Customer Payment Register: Simplify Your Reconciliation

What it Does

The Multi-Branch Customer Payment Register (CPR) is an enhancement that makes it easier to track payments if you have several different stores. It helps you see what's going on with your money and ensures everything matches up with your bank records.

How to Use It

  1. Now, in the Customer Payment Register, you’ll find a Branch selection list where you can select more than one branch to include in the batch.
  2. Simply selecting and toggling to “Y” will now add it to the list of branches to be added.  Then, you can select which ones to apply.
