What do the header letters mean in the B2B Catalog Process module when a catalog is Viewed prior to importing?
When Viewing a B2B Catalog prior to Import there are letter columns included that will be marked specific to that line item.
V - Verified: You can toggle this option by right-clicking a line on this Import screen. This allows you to only Import these items selected as Verified.
N - Update Catalog with Incoming Name: You can toggle this option by right-clicking a line but a more thorough utility has been added to replace this.
I - Inactive: This item is included in the incoming catalog file (whether as an active or dropped item), but is currently inactive in the system. This is what the pop up upon opening the Import Screen is noting as well, but you can see each item referenced here.
X - Do Not Import: You can toggle this option by right-clicking a line on this Import screen.
C - Color difference , for ex. color-level pricing or drops
B - Box quantity change on one or more colors
D - Drop on one or more colors
