Personalize Your Experience
- Choose Your Mode: Tailor your BMS experience by selecting between light and dark modes at the system level. This preference will apply across your entire account, ensuring visual comfort and consistency.
Enhanced Tracking & Security
- Audit Files for Vendors, Installers, Customers, & Ship Tos: With new audit files, maintain a clear record of changes made to the vendor, installer, customer, and ship-to information. These files capture crucial data like date, time, user, device, and the specific changes made (old vs. new value), providing valuable insights for tracking and auditing purposes. Note, this is only logs new events since implementation, it won't have historical data.
- Audit File for User Login History: Enhance security and monitoring with a comprehensive audit file that tracks user login activity. It logs essential details such as date, time, user, device, user ID, and the company and branch accessed during each login. Note, this is only logs new events since implementation, it won't have historical data.
- Texas Capital Bank Positive Pay: For added security, Texas Capital Bank users can now access a new positive pay format for AP checks.
Improved Efficiency & Organization
- Canadian Address Format: Simplify international address management with a new company control setting that enables the International address format. This setting can be found in Company Control 5.
- Filter by Region: Streamline your data navigation by filtering quotes, orders, POs, templates, and batch invoices by region. This feature is only visible if your company has enabled regions.
- View Job Notes & Change Job Status: You can access crucial job notes and modify job statuses directly from the PO View Reserved screen, eliminating the need to navigate between multiple windows.
- General Ledger (GL) Log: Stay informed about financial activity with a new log file that tracks journal entries, providing a valuable audit trail for your accounting records. Note, this is only logs new events since implementation, it won't have historical data.
- Declutter Your General Ledger: Inactivate unused accounts to maintain a tidy and efficient GL. We've implemented safety checks to prevent accidental inactivations and ensure data integrity.
- This can be accomplished via General Ledger > Account Maintenance. Simply select an Account, Edit, and check the box to set "Inactive".
- Longer Pattern Match Field: Enjoy greater flexibility in searches and data management with a significantly lengthened pattern match field, accommodating longer names and improving accuracy.
- Print Option Toggle: Control whether Location Listings are printed on Staging and Shipping documents with a new toggle setting (defaults to "Print").
Enhanced Financial Reporting
- Income Statement & Balance Sheet Drilldown: Gain deeper insights into your financials with the ability to drill down into categorical roll-ups on your Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Within the GL Reports "Income Statement" or "Balance Sheet", simply double click on any line item to view a detailed screen on all records that contributed to that roll-up value.
- Balance Sheet Comparison: Easily view and export year-over-year comparisons of your Balance Sheet.
- New Print Formats: Enjoy newly formatted printed documents for your Income Statements and Balance Sheet.
