How does the SMS feature work in Broadlume Payments? Where do the messages get sent from?

With Broadlume Payments you have the ability to send your customer their receipt or invoice via SMS (text message) in your payment’s web portal. The messages are sent from an 855 number that is designated specifically for receipts and invoices. That number is not set up for replies, so there will be no responses passed back to you.
