Video: Installer Web Invoice Signature Setup
This video will show you how to add or update a Web Invoice Signature in the Installer Work Order Instruction Sheet module.
From within the Installer Work Order Instruction Sheet module, there is an option labeled Web Invoice Signature. The Web Invoice Signature is tied to the Signature tab in BMS Web (a system enhancement), and can be viewed by Installers upon logging in to view Install Details for an assigned job. Any verbiage added to the Web Invoice Signature in the Installer Work Order Instruction Sheet module flows directly to BMS Web. The Web Invoice Signature is essentially what the Installer sees when using BMS Web on a smartphone or tablet out in the field.
From within BMS Web on the Install Detail page, an Installer can submit an invoice for work performed, and a Signature tab is also available to capture the Customer and/or Installer signature right on the spot. The Web Invoice Signature setup is commonly used as a sign off that the installation was completed to the customer's satisfaction.
