Remove the device from the box and insert the battery.

Charge the device if needed by plugging the USB-C cable into the phone and the other end into a USB charger

Power the device on and follow the instructions to complete the initial device configuration. Add a Google account. If you do not have one - here are instructions on how to create one: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/56256?hl=en

Open the Play Store by clicking on the icon.

Press the Scan button as circled below. Answer YES to allow access to pictures.

Take a picture of the QR code you received from Broadlume via email.

Enter the profile name and press save.
