This quick tutorial shows how to clear a User in BMS from the System Maintenance module.
A few examples where you might use this feature:
- A User went to lunch or left for the day and is idle in BMS
- Too many people are logged in at once and your license count is at its maximum
- A User lost power or connectivity on their computer and were left stuck inside a module
- You need Users out of the system for a reason related to business operations or system updates
