Video: User Control Setup for Graphical Bank Reconciliation Access To give a User in BMS access to the Graphical Bank Reconciliation screen, a control must first be enabled in:
System Control > System Control Maintenance > User Control > User Control 4.
Once in User Control 4, enter the User ID and arrow down to the setting "Allow Use of graphical bank rec". Set the control to Y. Press Enter, then hit escape. Answer Y / Yes to save changes at the on-screen prompt. Answer N / No to copy settings to all users with a similar menu.
