What are the instructions for Authenticating Emails with SENDGRID?
Sending emails from BMS utilizes an SMTP Relay service called SENDGRID. The benefit is that we don't have to store or send email credentials from your email server. However, one additional requirement is that you will need to complete a DNS Authentication to ensure a higher probability that the emails don't end up in customer SPAM folders. BMS sends from XXXX@yourdomain.com.
To begin the email authentication process with SendGrid, please send your company's domain name and DNS information via email to the BMS RollMaster Support Team.
They will provide you with the next steps to validate your domain.
