Creating Pricing Labels for Showroom
There are many integrated label printing applications that can be used to print labels for your showroom, but the process begins with making sure your A-J Pricing is set up in the system and then using the Excel export process from the Print Price List option to bring the data into Excel where it can be organized to export to any label printing software that integrates with Excel. Attached to this KBA is an article covering setting up A-J pricing in BMS. Below is the Print Price List screen (also covered in the attached). Ideally, you will click the Only Print Sample Items (pulls from Sample Size checkbox in Catalog Mtc.) to only get data on showroom items, and then the Only Print Items with a Price Change Since for pricing updates. You can determine which levels to export as well in the screen below.

Most label printers have software that integrates with Excel. This includes barcode printers. Using a 2" barcode label printer from BMS and the BarTender integration is the most advanced process. BarTender can also be used with Avery Design Online if you don't have the barcode printer.
