If you see a prompt in BMS saying " FoxIt Must be Installed", follow the steps below. FoxIt Reader (needed for server side printing and other functions) is required to use the Email feature within BMS and ensures the most current output of graphical documents.
Double click the RM Start icon on your desktop and click the green button marked Settings:
Select FoxIt Reader from the list of Install Addons:
The installation will begin automatically once you click on the FoxIt Reader button. Follow the prompts in the installer screen and process with Typical Installation. FoxIt is a free add-on and is compatible with BMS. We strongly recommend installing from RM Start as opposed to downloading from the FoxIt Software website.
Note: FoxIt Phantom PDF Reader (a paid version) is not compatible with BMS.
