Can't View E-Docs from a Job The steps below explain why you may not be able to view EDOCS from Order Entry
1. Check User Controls settings: Verify System Controls, User Controls, and then Edoc Control options for the User
2. Where was the document uploaded? If you upload in Customer Maintenance, you will only be able to access from Customer Maintenance. (Customer Maintenance is used for confidential documents.)
3. Do you have more than one Excel file open? If so, close Excel.
