Customer Master Listing - No Activity After Report BMS can provide to you a list of Customers who have not been active in the system since a specified date. This can be helpful to give to your sales team to follow up to see if there's any additional business opportunities.
Master Menu -> Accounts Receivable -> A/R Reports Menu -> Customer Master Listing.
Select "No Activity After" and choose a date in the past, e.g. 1/1/2019. This would produce a report of all customers with no activity in the system since 1/1/2019.
