The 15 - Custom Factor ID should only be used if you carry a roll-good product with a width other than what is currently listed in the drop-down menu. When you need to add one, type “15” in the Factor ID field; this will prompt a Custom Factor box to pop up below the G/L fields as follows:
In the Work Width field, enter the new width. The Work Length, Sale Width, and Sale Length fields will always prompt the same data and cannot be accessed. If the Work Width contains inches, you need to convert inches to decimals when entering that figure, i.e., 6 feet 6 inches should be entered as 6.5.
