Assigning a Specific Installer through Installation Schedule or Order Entry
In order to have the capability of assigning specifics Installers (whether it be 1 Installer or multiple) via the Installation Schedule or Order Entry screens, permissions must be enabled in System Maintenance > User Control 5 > Allowed to Assign Installer option. This option must be set to Y if you wish to assign a specific Installer versus utilizing the "Assign Installer - Entire Job" feature. When to assign an installer is based on User preference and flexible to your companies workflow, whether it be from the Job or the Installation Schedule program. However, for those utilizing the RM Web Calendar efficiency tool, RollMaster recommends continued use of assigning from the Job or Installation Schedule and using the feature on the Web to make quick, one off, changes.

With this option set to "Y", Users will be able to right-click from the Installation Schedule Screen and select a specific Installer (or multiple Installers) to assign to a Job:

In addition, with this setting enabled, the User will be able to assign a specific Installer from the Order Entry - Install Dates tab on each Job:
