Can I remove a Customer ID?

Can I remove a Customer ID from the Business Management Software (BMS) system?
Only Users with permission can Delete a Customer ID from the BMS System. However, if any history for the customer exists, it should never be deleted in order to keep your Sales Analysis accurate. There is not currently an option to "Deactivate" a customer, so BMS recommends changing the Credit Status to "No Sale" in Customer Maintenance.
