If you have any item that cannot be found above, please feel free to contact support@rmaster.com or ask your trainer for advice on how to create the catalog for the item. Please also make sure you have entered a cost and a sell on each item. You can verify cost by going to Inventory Control, Inventory Reports, Catalog Listing. Select by Product code or product type and click on “only print items with no cost” and then choose Print. If any items appear, go back to Catalog Maintenance and make your corrections. There are many pricing options for entering sell amounts, and these are all explained in the manual. However, at the very least, start by entering margins by product code for all branches and all vendors. This option can be found in Inventory Control, Catalog A-F Pricing Maintenance/Print. You can always go back later and edit and change, vendor by vendor, catalog item by catalog item, branch by branch using margins or product pricing.
