Leads Processing: Appointment Scheduling

In the Lead Processing module, which is a BMS Efficiency Tool, BMS Owners/Managers have the ability to schedule and manage Lead Appointments. for several reps. This feature must first be turned on in the Branch Control 2 screen of the System Control Maintenance module. See the following control: Activate Lead Appointment Scheduling. Lead Appointments can then be set from within Lead Maintenance on a new or existing Lead. The steps below will walk you through the Appointment Scheduling process:


Step 1: 

If working in a New Lead, you'll need to first save the Lead with all Required Fields complete. Users can save Leads by clicking the Save button in the lower right corner of the Lead Maintenance screen.

(Please Note: If working in an existing Lead, you can simply click on the button labeled Appt. Day/Time to begin the Appointment Scheduling process.)

Step 2:

Upon saving a New Lead, you'll see confirmation the Lead has been created. From here click, OK.

Step 3:

You'll then be brought straight to the Schedule Lead screen to begin the Appointment Scheduling process:

Step 4: 

Click on a cell to choose a date. Once selected, the cell will display highlighted in green, indicating the date chosen. Next, to assign a salesperson to this Lead, click on the button labeled Assign Sales Rep

Step 5: 

Make a Sales Rep selection, and then click Confirm to keep the selection:

Once you Confirm, you may hit Escape to return to the Lead Maintenance window, at which point you can save the Lead. Once you've scheduled the appointment, it will display along with the Lead in the main Lead Processing screen as seen below:
