Correcting a Converted Quote to a Job -- How to Undo If you accidentally converted a Quote to a Job, see below for how to correct:
1. If you don’t want to continue with processing the Job, you will need to Delete all the lines and then close the job so it falls off any BMS reports.
2. The Quote automatically closes during this process, so you will need to make note of the Quote #, go to Management Functions, and then Open Quote Closed in Error to re-open the Quote.
3. You can continue to edit the Quote and convert when ready.
