Covers how to update the DLL File for Gravity Payments (formerly ChargeItPro) in RollMaster.
Does not cover: Broadlume Payments, Cyncly Payments, Cyncly Pay, or Payments Flex
Menu Path: System Maintenance -> Hardware Maintenance -> Gravity Maintenance.
An update to RM Web Services may require downloading an updated .dll file. RollMaster created a feature within the Setup program to accomplish this.
Please Note: to unlock the existing dll, you first need to restart the software. Then follow the steps below after startup to ensure the system replaces the existing dll file.
To locate and run the feature click the Functions menu from the Gravity Setup box and select "Update Client", then "Get Latest dll." This will run the program to download and install the dll needed.
