Covers how to remove a tokenized credit card that has been saved through the Broadlume Payments process so that it is no longer on file in RollMaster. This can be done to keep an outdated or one-time use card from being re-used accidentally.
Does not cover: Cyncly Payments, Cyncly Pay, or Payments Flex
To remove or delete a saved credit card that was added via the Payments interface.
1. Navigate to the System Maintenance Menu.
2. Select Hardware Maintenance.
3. Then select Broadlume Payments Maintenance.
4. Highlight the applicable Branch and right-click. Select View Payment Methods.
5. Locate the customer from the list using Customer ID. You have the option to sort by column headings if it helps as well.
6. Highlight the desired payment method and right-click. Select Edit Payment Method. From here you will have the option to Delete that payment method. Please be very careful to make sure that you are selecting the correct line item before moving forward.
